Well this is just another time when we get to know that Nigel Kennedy is NOT a typical classical music persona. In this unedited version of an interview you will hear both Nigel and his band mate (Jerzy Bawol from the Kroke band)  discussing their future and past cooperation, exchanging their views on polish Żywiec beer as well as laughing their asses off. This recording was done by Mateusz Ławniczak (Roll over Beethoven host) during the afterparty following the 3 December “Nigel Kennedy and the Kroke” gig. If you have any problems determining which voice is Nigel’s know that he is the one who uses the “F” word most often. Do not expect a proper interview. It was a party! Enjoy!!!

The Roll Over Beethoven squad has just had their brains dashed out by the performance of Debs Fruscella Duo – the guests of this year’s GITARA 2009 Festival. After a dazzling and somewhat extraordinary concert featuring a combination of classical guitar and  grand piano, Mateusz Ławniczak had an exceptional opportunity to exchange a few words with the leader of the band  – Antonio Fruscella. Both the interview and the music of Debs Fruscella Duo (extending from baroque contrapunctus of Johann Sebastian Bach to Spanish dances of Manuel de Falla) will be the part of this Thursday’s (November 26th) Roll Over Beethoven programme at 9:30 p.m.
