The famous Ukrainian writer – Yuri Andrukhovych – has recently visited  Wrocław to present his latest work – the album “Cinnamon” recorded with Wrocław-based band Karbido and dedicated to Bruno Schulz. 

Andrukhovych is a person of many talents. Apart from writing novels and poems, he’s a translator, essayist and a member of musical projects. His outstanding writing skills were appreciated in Wrocław in 2006 when he got Angelus Central European Literature Award. In the interview with Janek Błaszczak Andrukhovych talks about Bruno Schulz  Festival in Drohobych, recording “Cinnamon” and recitation in Polish.
