Sleep is important. Everyone knows that. We should, irrespective of the age, sleep at least 9 hours a day. If the case is different, one shall be more grumpy, less taciturn, and overall less communicative. There are also additional bonuses of being well-rested. Paul Mayevsky tells you what they are.
